Put your work where it can take root.

Join a Ghana-based team helping farmers, agribusinesses, and international partners turn agricultural potential into practical growth.

Close to the farm
Connected to global food systems
Built on practical impact

This is work with soil under its fingernails.

Useful in the field

We favour advice that survives contact with a real farm, a real season, and real constraints.

Serious about business

Good agriculture must also make commercial sense for the people investing their time and capital.

Rooted in Ghana

Our perspective is local, while our standards and partnerships reach beyond Ghana’s borders.

Bring your expertise to the work.

Three roles. One shared expectation: make the next practical step better than the last.
